Weekend Breathing retreat
"The way we Breathe is the way we live"
From the time we were infants we learned that in order to survive and receive warmth and love we need to manage and regulate our feelings and emotions and adjust ourselves to the environment.
We unconsciously taught ourselves, to shrink the amount of energy that flows in our body by tightening the body, flattening our breath, and even stopping the breath flow for moments at a time.
This process may give us the experience of feeling safe, but along the years, it tends to become a defense mechanism that turns into a chronic "shield", fixed onto our bodies, which continues to protect us, even when there is no need for protection.
This defense system, or "shield", limits and disables us in all aspects of life, and affects us physically, emotionally and energetically.
We experience this "shield" through physical and emotional blockages, through lack of focus and clarity and through pain and frustration.
By breathing deeply, we learn to remove the "shield" that covers us and limits our development.
The more we deepen the breath and keep it flowing, the more we feel vital and energized
As unaware patterns and emotional blockages rise up, they release from our system and we obtain a sense of clarity, confidence and livelihood.
By learning to breathe deeply, we open up new space, to meet ourselves.

For those who wish to release old patterns, to get to know their body, to understand it better, to let go of known and unknown emotional and physical blockages.
For those who want a powerful and efficient tool for change, which is easy and safe for self use and available at any time.
The journey within requires commitment and dedication, as well as a sense of adventure and curiosity to explore the unknown.
The purpose of the breathing process is to remind us of the livelihood that resides within us, and to reconnect with our true essence.
In the retreat you will learn to dismantle the physical, emotional and mental "shields" that surround you, with the power of your breath. You will learn to explore and discover your inner world, in a safe and loving environment, gradually opening your heart while discovering the ability to create new and healthy boundaries in your life.
It is a journey of dismantling and reassembling through the body, through the breath, through movement, touch and sound.
This deep process allows an inner movement that releases blockages and creates a profound connection to ourselves.
